  • how can i care for my item?

    All jbird ceramics items are dishwasher and microwave safe. However, handwashing is recommended, as detergents and high water pressure can damage glazes over time.

  • what's your return policy?

    I do not accept returns. If your product arrives damaged, or is otherwise unsatisfactory, please contact me.

  • do you take commissions?

    Yes, on a case-by-case basis. Please see my commissions page for more information.

  • when will my item ship?

    I do my best to ship all items 1-2 weeks after the time of purchase. I’m a one-woman operation, so if you need an item within a particular timeframe (ex. you need your item as a birthday gift), please contact me.

  • do you offer local delivery?

    Yes! If you are in the Santa Cruz area, local delivery is available. Please indicate this preference when placing your order. I will reach out to you after your order is processed.

  • when will more items be available on your shop?

    I add items to the shop as they become ready. Subscribe to my newsletter for monthly updates on what’s new to the shop, and/or follow me on instagram to know when I add items.
